This week Peter Campellone reviews the stories about National Associations of Realtors (NAR) recent Homebuyer Survey, Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) Appraisal Woes, How to Purchase a Home and Obtain Financing with “Mattress Money” and our nations’ Weekly Financial Reports. There is newly released National Association of Realtors Homebuyer Survey that uncovers some revealing facts about what the homebuyer truly wants in working with a Realtor. When homebuyers we asked why they chose a Realtor to work with to close a real estate transaction 48% of repeat homebuyers and 55% of first time homebuyers said it was because they needed help understanding the buying process
